We`re looking for Proposal Manager (Kazakhstan, Atyrau)
Position for Kazakhstan and Russian residents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher education. Preferably in Business, Economics and Engineering.
Previous experience in proposal management/business development management (minimum of 6/7 years)
Experience in the development of qualification documents, contracts, proposals, and client presentations.
Skill in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability to coordinate information to reach a final document.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate key bid opportunities with Business Development, Project Management and Market Leads in order to lead the process of preparing and submitting successful proposals
Development, approval, and finalization of large, complex proposals.
Establishes standards to meet organization objectives in proposal activities.
Assists in the preparation and review of proposals and directs proposal preparation.
Obtains proposal approvals from business development management.
Coordinates proposal activities with other functional services.
Supervises proposals specialists and support personnel.
