oh sorry about that, we're not yet exactly if that Club Associate is jus a new employee but still that will not be a reason because as soon as they are already on the actual job they need to do the right thing

yeah I do understand where you are coming from right now Sarah and those things are really terrible but than again that will be help to improve the service that we are providing, yeah mistakes is a mistakes that needs to be corrected as much possible to stop doing it again
