booked a flight from Batumi to Istanbul. First I was informed, that the back
flight is canceled. No problem, one day more Istanbul. Then one day before
flight I got in the evening the information that the flight from Batumi to
Istanbul was canceled. I had to rebook. For the hotel it was too late, I
had to pay for this night. After we checked in in Batumi, they announced, that
flight will be delayed for one hour. After half hour they informed, that flight
was canceled due bad weather conditions. The weather in Batumi was normal. No
wind, no rain. On the counter they told me, that they will refund the ticket
price, because under this circumstance it was not possible to rebook for the
weekend a flight from Batumi to Istanbul. When I wrote to support about refund the
ticket price, I got the message, that no refund will be paid, because of their
regulations. Frist, why you told me in airport you will refund if this is not
covered by your policy? Second, why we had to check in in Batumi and wait.
Because flight from Istanbul takes more then 2 hours to Batumi it was clear,
that the plane didn't fly from Istanbul to Batumi. This you have known long
before check in. Why you are cheating and stealing the money for the ticket? I
had only costs, no excuse only stupid answers from service support. Of course I
also didn't get compensation for not used hotel costs, visa, traveling to
airport e.g.
