Description: When they arrive at college, two socially inept freshmen attempt to pledge the snooty Omega Theta Pi House, but are summarily rejected. Lowering their standards, they join the notoriously rowdy Delta Tau Chi House. The trouble is, the college dean has it in for the Deltas and is trying to get their charter revoked.
